Apply
Submit the application form with basic brand and product information. We ask for enough detail to understand your offerings, manufacturing capabilities, and export readiness, while respecting the need to protect proprietary information at this early stage.
Review
Our team carefully assesses fit and readiness based on your submission. We evaluate alignment with our partnership criteria, overseas market potential, and operational feasibility. If clarification is needed, we follow up with specific questions. We aim to respond clearly—even if the answer is no—providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
Pilot
Qualified brands begin with a focused pilot, typically centered on a single hero product in a controlled test environment. The pilot is a learning phase, not a high-stakes launch.
Expand
Only after demand and operations are validated do we discuss broader rollout. Expansion is driven by data, maker capacity, and confirmed market interest.
